Papers Refund Policy
We always want our users to love and use Papers, but we also understand that refunds are sometimes needed due to:
- Unintended auto‑renewals
- Accidental creation of multiple accounts
- Your organization covering the cost of your subscription
- Issues our support team couldn’t resolve
Time Since Renewal | Policy | Notes |
---|
0–14 days | ✅ Full refund typically granted | We want you to be completely satisfied. |
15–28 days | ⚖️ Refunds considered | We’ll review your request and account history; refunds are typically granted. |
29–43 days | 🕒 Extended courtesy window | While officially no refunds are granted after after 28 days, management may still approve refunds up to 43 days on a case‑by‑case basis. |
After 43 days | ❌ Officially closed | Refund requests past this date are generally declined. Exceptions may apply in extraordinary circumstances. |
