Annotation Options in the PDF Reader

References within the Reader have several annotation features available.

You can highlight, underline, strike through, use the draw/freehand-write tool or add a sticky note. To turn on annotation mode, click “annotate” on the upper left hand side of the app:

With annotation mode active select the option you want to use.

With your annotation option selected, click and drag your cursor over the words you’d like to annotate

You can also first select the text you want to annotate, right-click on it and then choose an annotation type from the drop-down menu:

To delete an unwanted annotation simply click on it and select the trashcan icon option on the top left of the reader. Note, you’ll need to have “annotation” mode switched on.

All annotations made in the PDF will be visible in the “Notes” section of the top left-hand menu
