Papers Browser Extension

The Papers extension allows users to seamlessly import articles directly from their web browser into their Papers library. 

Find papers on repositories and journal websites and add them, along with optional notes, directly to your library. The extension will even attempt to automatically attach PDFs, if possible.

The Papers extension “injects” buttons onto the webpage when articles are detected, so you can import them directly to your library.

When you access an article on the publishers webpage, the extension will add a sidebar:

You can also use the extension icon to view and import all available articles detected on a webpage.

Our browser extension is available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
